Suggested we~just drop the case as it is quite obvious we cannot <br />win. <br />Mr. Grogan advised that this is the final procedure. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to authorize the Mayor <br />to approve OBT permit for repair worlc on the south side of Wilson Mills. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, <br />Grogan and Schulte <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Permit Approved <br />At this time, Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to <br />prohibit personal or private use of the Village Bulk Mail Permit by <br />any elected official or employees. <br />Mr. Bordonaro asked who can~ause the permit? <br />Mr. Grogan replied that it is used by the. Recreation Board to send <br />out flyers to residents and Mayor uses for mailing of Voice of Village <br />or any informative letter to residents. <br />Mr. Byrnes advised that a bulk mail permit is controlled by the postal <br />authorities. Whenever a public official seeks to use the permit, the <br />postal authorities will authorize use or misuse. This motion should <br />not bind any official. <br />
