P~ -6- Rir. Relic asked if it caas the intention of Council to appropriate funds in excess of $11,000. Mr. Grogan said he believed $23,000 was appropriated. Mr. Flynn asked if the sesers had been televised? I~2r. Hovancsek said yes and they would be reviewed. IYir. Bennett asked Mr. Hovancsek if the Bids were under 10~ of the esti- mated cost, if there tr~ould be a need for a rebid? Mr. Hovancse}~ replied, "Only if assessmen is were involved." Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to suspend the rules of law requiring a resolution to be read on three separate occasions. Roll Call: AYES: Messrs., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Flynn, Grogan and Schulte NAYS: None Motion Carried Kesolution Adopted Resolution 987, entitled; "A RESOLUTION DETERIdINTNG THAT THE BID OF PROCESS AND PIPING SPECIALTIES, INC., IS THE LOWEST AND BEST BID TEN- DERED FOR THE PURCHASE OF TTdO UNDERGROUND 1,000 GALLON FUEL STORAGE TANK5 AND THAT THE BID OF PETROM CORPORATION IS THE LOTddEST AND BEST BID TEN- DERED FOR THE PURCHASE OF TtidO PUMPS, AND DECLARING AN EPRERGENCY", was introduced by Mr. Barclay. Nir. Relic obtained permission from Council for the revision of Res. 987 as above.
