Barclay. <br />Mayor Beebe commented that in reference to Ord. 77-20, eras everyone <br />a~rrare that after 5:00 P.M. the Police Department was a closed house? <br />Mr. Bennett, also, as}red if the salary should be the same as someone <br />who had t~ao years of service? <br />Ordinance 77-20 was given First Reading. <br />Resolution 988, entitled; "A RESOLUTION P+IEMORI?~LIZING THI+; SENATE OF <br />THE STATE OF OHIO TO DEFEAT SENATE BILL NO. 222", was introduced by <br />Council as a ~tiThole. . <br />Iv1r. Grogan mentioned the spelling was incorrect of Mr. Calabrese's <br />name and it is not Senator Aveni, but Representative Aveni. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Schulte, made a motion to adopt Res. <br />938, as corrected. <br />Mayor Beebe said he would write a letter in reference to Resolution <br />908 on the opposition of Senate Bill 222. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs:., Barclay, Bennett, Bordonaro, Grogan, and <br />Schulte <br />NP.YS : None <br />PASS: Mr. Flynn <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />
