Bordonaro had no report. <br />Couizcil of Council - Adjourned until September <br />Planning and zoning - iMir. Schulte read the minutes of the rxugust <br />8, 1977 meeting. <br />TJIr. Grogan said the I~esolution to approve the Parcel Split as <br />indicated in the minutes would be considered under New Business. <br />Board of Appeals - I~do report. <br />Recreation - i-Tayor Beebe said he had attended the Awards Day <br />activities on August 1, 1977 and it was a very successful day. <br />T~1~~RC - Tfr. Relic stated he had a request for $100. for dues <br />for P~TARC for 1977-1978 and Council gave their approval of the <br />expenditure. <br />i~~ir. Grogan suggested that in the future the youngsters partici- <br />pating in the activities be screened. <br />OLD BUSINESS• <br />Ordinance 77-28, entitled; "AN ORDINANCE' AUTHORIr?,ING THE ITwiPROVE- <br />MLNT OF i°dILSON MILLS ROAD BETI~ti~F~F.~1 S.O.T~i. CENTER F.O1~D TO ~IAYFIi:.LD <br />LAST CORPORATION LIP~TIT, AND DECLARING AN ;;T~~IERGENCY" , was intro- <br />duced by Council as a i~lhole. <br />T~~r. Busa, seconded by T-Tr. Schulte, made a motion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an Ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: T~~Tessrs., Bordonaro, Busa, Flynn, Grogan and <br />Schulte <br />rtr~YS: Air.
