~~ <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro., made a motion to pass Ord. 78-16. <br />Mayor Beebe asked that we avoid future payment in lump sums by paying <br />as it is earned. It is also unfair to haute their'wait so long for <br />their money. <br />Roll Call: AYES: ALL <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mayor Beebe said he would call them. <br />Ordinance 78-17, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE PROHIBITING A <br />RIGHT TURN AGAINST A STEADY RED SIGNAL AT WILSON MILLS AND SOM CENTER <br />ROAD", introduced by Mrs. Hanus. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made a motion to Bass <br />Ordinance 78-17. <br />Mr. Grogan questioned why this was being done now. Is-it anti= <br />cipation of the traffic caused from the addition of the Heinen <br />store: <br />Mr. Boger commented it was due to the Mall traffic. - <br />Mrs. Hanus said the safety of the children existed now at this <br />intersection and the sign should be erected as soon as possible. <br />Roll Call: AYES:' All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Resolution 78-20, entitled: "A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING OPPOSITION <br />TO THE CONSIDERATION OF NORTHEAST OHIO AS STORAGE FACILITIES FOR <br />RADIOACTIVE NUCLEAR WASTES DUE TO EXTREME POTENTIAL ENVIRONMENTAL <br />AND ECOLOGICAL HAZARDS", was introduced by Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motio.h~n to suspend <br />the rules of law requiring a resolutionnto be read on three separ- <br />ate occasions. <br />Roll ;Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Bordonaro, seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass Res- <br />olution 78-20. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carded <br />Resoluti:onn Passed <br /> <br />1 <br />1 <br />Police Cars - Chief Shortle stated that the Village was in need of <br />
