He asked that Council please pass the neces- <br />sary legislation this evening so the new property owner could get <br />his building started. <br />Ordinance 78-22, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE FOR THE VA- <br />CATION OF A PART OF MAPLEGROVE ROAD SOUTH OF WILSON MILLS ROAD <br />A DISTANCE OF APPROXIMATELY 353.54 FEET ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY LINE AS PER THE VACATION PLAT PREPARED BY STEPHEN HOVANCSEK <br />& ASSOCIATES IN SEPTEMBER, 1977", was introduced by Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr. Flynn questioned the distance the house would be from the road? <br />Mr. Hovancsek replyed approximately 350 feet. <br />Mr. Amendola stated that the new owner had already agreed to put <br />in a turnaround large engough to accomodate the Fire vehicles in <br />case the need arises. <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Bennett, made ammotion to suspend the <br />rules of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate <br />occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Bordonaro, made a motion to pass Or- <br />dinance 78-22. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />GENERAL COMMENTS- <br />Mayor Beebe again expressed his regrets on Chief Shortle's choice <br />to move. He ahked Chief Shortle to review the four page letter <br />from the Law Director on "Junk Vehicles" and give him his opinion. <br />Mayor Beebe commented on a letter he received from the Ohio Util- <br />ities Commission which was in reply to a letter he sent requesting <br />that Natural Gas be made available to the Village. A decision is <br />to be made in the next few weeks. <br />1 <br />1 <br />Stephen Hovancsek commented that the bids for the Aintree Park Dr. <br />improvement will be in on May 12, 1978. <br />Chief Hejcl thanked Council for their approval for the new Fire <br />Vehicle and assured them it would not let them down. He said the ' <br />fire works that had been donated to the Village had been tested <br />and there are some that are safe to use. <br />
