G~~ Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Rules Suspended Mr. Boger.g seconded by Mrs. Hanus, made a motion to pass ordinance 78-25. Mr. Grogan recommended passage of this ordinance as the Law Director should be the representative for the Village. Mayor Beebe agreed with discussion following on the~~second-paragraph in re to conflict of interest. It was decided that the exact wording of the Charter be inserted in the ordinance. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Passed GENERAL COMMENTS: Mayor Beebe stated he had received a request from the Disaster Service Agency for copies of the cancelled checks for the expenses the Village incurred this winter before the $300.00 check would be issued. He, with Council's approval, would like to send a letter to the Governor saying thanks, but no thanks, becuase the Village has not been treated fairly on the whole matter. John Relic stated the Tax Budget is being prepared and has to be filed by July 20th. He said there is a need for a Public Hearing on .(1) the Tax Budget and (2) Revenue Sharing. He'd appreciate this being done at the June's Counc:ii Meeting on the 19th. Copies would be made avail- able to the public for review. Anyone desiring to see this can come to his office. Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to hold a Public Hearing on June 19, 1978. Roll Call: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Notice to be issuedo. Guerin Avery had the following comments: 1. He had a meeting with the Judge on the Myotte Case Settlement has been made but Mr. Longley agreed not to make the terms public until it's been settled in Court.: He said Building Permits are to be issued for the Beta Drive Industrial Parkway. 2. He's been working with Mr. Amendola on establishing a specific concrete mixture to be used in new residential developments.
