Council of Councils - Mr. Bordonaro said he had circulated the specifi- cations for Police Cruisors and there was a discussion on the feasibility of the local communities consolidated when purchasing cars in the future to realize a better price break. Each Police Chief is to review the specs and return them to the Council of Councils along with their recommendations. Mr. Flynn, as Chairman of the Safety Committee, to pursue the matter and make a recommendation to Council. Planning and Zoning - Mrs. Hanus said due to the lack of a quorum at the meeting on the 9th the P & Z will hold its meeting on the 26th along with the workshop. Board of Appeals - No Report Recreation - Mr. Bennett remarked the Mayor had covered the details of the Halloween plans and he had nothing more .to acl.d. MARC_ - No Report . Municipal Center - No Report OLD BUSINESS• C.E.T~, Renewal Contract - Mr. Feneli stated it :is still under consider- ation by the Mayor's Association. C.E.I. has altered the contract with unreasonable terms and they are considering collective action. Mr. Feneli said he would tal}c with the President, Mayor Mills and report back to Council on the 24th. Bicycle Path - SOM - Nothing has been received on the progress Mr. Jakeway has made. . Hanover Woods - The Developer has to submit final plans along with his recommendations and suggestions regarding the roads and fire protection to both Mayfield STillage and Gates Mills. Mr. Caplan is to present his plans at the P & Z meeting on the 26th. Police Chief -Sergeants - Fire Lieutenants - Mayor Beebe stated the Civil Service Commission has' scheduled testing dates for the Policy Chief starting November 4th.
