~~4 - <br />Aintree North - Phase I - Mr. Hovancsek_said.a sidewalk and one tree is <br />still lacking. The County did find some problems when they did the <br />smolce tests but will have to dye test this wee]c to find the exact <br />location. Bad weather had delayed some of the grading wor]c. He, <br />Lee Page, Dave Ingber,. Sid Caplan and Mr, Amendola met to discuss the <br />finishing of Phase I. Mr. Caplan is personally handling the matter. <br />Mr. Busa stated that every detail had to be domplete before Phase II <br />will be considered. <br />O akton Circle Easement - Legislation to be prepared for next meeting. <br />Lander/Ridgebury Widening - It seems the Village.is holding up the <br />progress by not signing the necessary documents. Mayor Beebe said he-~ <br />realizes there is a need for this work to be done but he could not under - <br />stand-why all of a sudden the County can get to this when he has been <br />writing letters for nine years about problems and can't get any answers. <br />This project is only two years old and all of a sudden they're waiting <br />on us., He would prefer other projects get priority but agrees the <br />Village should go ahead with this worlc. <br />Mr. Grogan felt the Village should go ahead with it. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said model legislation was submitted and only requires a <br />signature. <br />Mr. Feneli to check the files and have 'legislation drafted for the <br />next meeting. <br />Resolution 78-43, entitled, "AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br />GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF CLEVELAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A FIRE HYDRANT IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY OF <br />AINTREE PARK DRIVE. ., <br />There was a discussion with the Law Director to amend the Resolution. <br />He advised we would require from the owner an easement to tYie Village <br />with consequent resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute easement <br />for the Village. <br />Tncnrnnr+o ._ <br /> <br />Mr. Flynn, seconded by Mr. Boger, made the motion to authorize the Cleric <br />to advertise for bids for the Comprehensive Liablility Insurance. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Boger, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to pass Ordinance 78-45. <br />Mayor Beebe stated that we~need three: men, not two. Crime is up - <br />Ambulance runs are up - you've heard the many reasons on the 25th.. <br />
