Center Flood Control - Mr. Hovancsek stated plans had been sub- <br />mitted months ago but nothing has been done as yet. <br />Wilson Mills Improvement - East of SOM - Mr. Hovancsek to contact the <br />County to see if this project~zcan be expedited. <br />DeMarco Draina e - Mr. Hovancsek stated that the overflow pipe has been. <br />lowered on the pond on Echo Drive which will help the problem of erosion. <br />Mr. Amendola is to meet with Mr. Dei~iarco tomorrow. <br />O akton Circle Easement - Mr. Hovancsek dad submitted information to the <br />Law .Director-and legislation to be prepared for the next meeting. <br />Bike Path - It is anticipated that Federal Funds will be available for <br />this project. <br />Chief Hajcl arrived at this time: 10:30 P.M. <br />24 Hour Dispatchin - To remain on future agendas. Mr. Grogan questioned <br />the possibility of using Gates Mills and Richmond Heights. Mayor Beebe <br />replied that we are presently using Mayfield Heights but this Village <br />needs its own 24 hour dispatching service. <br />Resolution 78-43 , entitled: "AN EMERGENCY RE5OLU,~'~ON~ =:a~,~TTHORh~~-_3G.--THE„ <br />GRANTING OF AN EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF CLEVELAND FOR THE PURPOSE OF <br />INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A FIRE HYDRANT IN THE RIGHT-OE=WAY OF <br />AINTREE PARK DRIVE." Tabled for further review. <br />NEW BUSINESS• <br />ORDINANCE 78-55, entitled: "AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CON- <br />STITUTION OF THE AUXILLIARY POLICE UNIT OF HAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO"' was <br />introduced by Mr. Bennett. <br />Mr. Bennett stated the ordinance had been reviewed and changes. were made. <br />The Law Director has incorporated these changes in the ordinance and he <br />recommended passage. <br />Mr. Grogan, seconded by Mr. Boger, made a motion to suspend the rules <br />of law requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />
