Boger, Bord anaro, Davis, <br />Leech, Prager, & Schulte <br />NAY5: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Leech, seconded by Mr. Davis, made a motion to pass Ordinance. <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Davis, <br />Leech, Prager, & Schulte <br />NRYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Passed <br />Mr. Leech, introduced Ordinance 73-38; entitled, "AN ORDINANCE <br />REPEALING ORDINANCE 965 BE AMENDED TO PROVIDE FOR ISSUANCE OF A <br />PERMIT FEE OF $25.00 FOR QEMOLITION". Mr. Byrnes stated this <br />Ordinance also requires a surety bond be deposited. Mr. Leech <br />advised this was introduced as our Building Inspector stated our <br />fee was only $2.00 for demolition and didn't begin to cover the <br />trouble of demolishing a home. <br />Given a first reading. <br />Mr. Davis, introduced Resolutian 846; entitled, "A RESOLUTION <br />ESTIMATING AGGREGATE M.AXIMLM AMOUNT OF PUBLIC FIINDS TO BE AWARDED <br />AS 2NACTIVE DEPOSIT5". <br />Roll Call: AYES: Messrs. Boger, Bordonaro, Davis, <br />Leech, Prager, & Schulte <br />NAYS; None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />. ; '. <br />Mr. Leech?asked if this Ordinance was to permit funds to draw <br />interest to which Mr. Byrnes replied yes and that at any time the <br />funds could be tran•sferred from inactive to active and vice versa, <br />without'loss of accrued interest. . <br />Mr. Bordonaro, introduced Ordinance 73-39; entitled, "AN ORDIlVANCE <br />TO 13EGULATE THE U5E9 STOR.AGE, AND TRANSPORTATION OF EXPLOSIVES FOR <br />BLASTIlVG PURPO5ES AND PYROTECHNIC DI5PLAYS AND REPEALING ORDINANCE <br />N0. 69-25". - <br />Mr. Byrnes explai.ned this Ordinance 69-25 charges the Chief of <br />Police all responsibility for blasting in the communi.ty and the <br />( Chief felt he was not qualified to regulate same, so the repeal <br />is to'transfer such function to the Village Engineer.
