(5) <br />Mr. Caplan was asked and presented further plans for an eight-story apartment, but <br />was agreeable to the present plans, since Council indicated that they were not in <br />accordance with the additional stories. <br />Mr. Schmidt withdrew proposed Ordinance No. 1068. <br />Heinan's store in the Village is near realization. The only thing standing in the <br />way of actual construction is the test borings. <br />Safety and Service: Mr. Schmidt. <br />Mr. Schmidt read the Minutes of the September 3, 1968 meeting. <br />Mr. Schmidt read a zeport from our Engineer and Solicitor concerning the overflow of <br />Beechers Broolc. The culvert at Wilson blills Road and Beechers Brook is of ample size <br />to carry the water. It was recommended that the creek be cleaned and back-charged to <br />the property owners. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Fitz-Gerald, made a motion that we release $16,500.00 to <br />the Young Fire Equipment Company for payment on the fire truck, subject to clarifica- <br />tion of whether we have received the title to the truck. <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.
