(5) <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />A~or's_Advisory Board - Mr. Fitz-Gerald. <br />The Mayor`s Advisory Committee met Niarch 13, 1969. They discussed the possibility of <br />obtaining license plates for the Village of Mayfield with the letters P! V, and also <br />the possibility of selling the plates here. <br />Public Relations - ilr. Donaldson. Nothing further to report. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Fitz-Gerald. <br />He read the Minutes of the March 10, 1969 meeting, and a letter written by Chairman <br />Rice to the Industrial Park. He also reported on the plans for Upper Forty. The <br />commission is asking for a resolution from the Park Board confirming the fact that <br />they will maintain the park road leading to Upper Forty. ~It was pointed out that <br />the Village must be free from liability to build, repair, maintain, or otherwise <br />not be assessed for same in the future. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Davis. <br />The Finance Committee met March 11, 1969, and discussed and approved Ordinance No. <br />69-15, introduced by;Mr. Fitz-Gerald, seconded by Mr. Davis, entitled: "An Ordinance <br />to Amend Section 3 of Ordinance No. 583, as Amended, by Increasing the Uniform Al- <br />lowance of the New Policemen." <br />Alr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr.Davis, moved that the rules of law requiring an Ordinance <br />to be read on three separate occasions be suspended.' <br />Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt and <br />Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Rules Suspended. <br />NIr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, moved that Ordinance No. 69-15 be approved <br />and passed as read. <br />Ro11 Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br />and Davis. <br />Nays - None. Motion Carried. <br />Ordinance Passed. <br />Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, moved that Pay Ordinance No. 547-P be approved <br />and passed as read. <br /> Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Comella, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Donaldson, Schmidt <br /> and Davis. <br /> Nays --None. Motion Carried. <br /> Pay Ordinance Passed. <br /> The Finance <br />d <br />t Committee will review the budget and there may be cuts in some of the <br /> epar <br />ments to make up for the position of night clerk and full-time firemen. They <br /> will have a financial report at the next meeting. <br />
