Anyone beginning construction after the imposition of the-water ban on Feb. 10, 1970, with the intention of using a well~~as their -source of water and a septic tank as their means of waste disposal, will be pre- cluded from receiving a water tap-~.n permit on the basis of hardship at a later date. New Business: Mutual Aid Agreements - Mayor Busa reported that he had received a letter from MayfieldHeights'asking for a copy of our Police and Fire Mutual Aid agreements. Mr. Lockemer will send copies of the contract to them. Election Board Voting Places - Mayor Busa announced that Precints A,C,and D will be located at Mayfield Center School. Precints B and E will be located at the Senior High School. American Red Cross - Mrs.. Richard Schanfarber will be the Red Cross Rep- rensative for Mayfield Village. Mrs. Schanfarber wi7.1 co-ordinate all activities such as disaster with Mr. Tobbe and blood bank with Mx~s~:"Mills. Fire Department - Asst. Chief Whiteman is in charge of the Fire Department while Chief Hejcl is recovering from eye surgery. Chief Hejcl recommended for appointment to the Fire Department, Ted Dean Gillespie, 927 Beech Hill Drive._ 3. Mayor Busa appointed Ted D. Gillespie as a member of the Mayfield Village Fire Department. It was moved by Mr. Schmidt, seconded by Mr. Davis, that this appointment be confirmed. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt & Davis. Nays - None Motion Carried Appointment Confirmed Chief Hejcl recommended James.. Maynard, 6440 Wilson Mills Road for appointment to the Mayfield Village Fire Department. Mayor Busa appointed James R. Maynard as a member of the Mayfield Village Fire Deaprtmen't. Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Schmidt, moved that this appointment be confirmed. Roll Call: Ayes - Messrs.. Leech, Fitz-Gerald, Bordonaro, Boger, Schmidt & Davis.
