NAYS: None. 1 Motion Carried Ordinance Passed Mr. Edelman read a letter, dated June 2, 19708 from Mr. Ben Stefanskie Utilities Director for the City of Cleveland with regard to a written agree- ment for our water supply. This has nothing to do with a water bane only raising the rates for consumption. Our share to fight sewage rate case with other communities would be approximately $520.00. Mayor Bizsa stated we should take this action now, once and for all, so that we shall not be at their mercy in the future. Hovancsek discussed the proposed petition to be filed in Common Pleas Court for the creation of~a county-wide sewer and water authority. Mr. Schmidt suggested that tae have time to look into it and asked to table it for next council meeting. ,... Mayor Busa remarked about the acquisition of property owner's land and it's need for the improvement of sewers at Wilson Mills and SOM Center Road.
