Motion Carried Mro Russo read a statement to council withdrawing his plans for building a senior citizen°s housing on SOM Center Road which was previously zoned for this use, stating he feasibly could not wait two years for the start of this project due to the referendum ballot scheduled for November, 19710 Mr. Edelman asked Mr. Russo to have his attorney contact him in regard to the rezoned land.
