2/16/87 Page Four <br />Recreation.- Mr. Petschauer said the Softball Registration will be held <br />March 18, a bowling night (the.lst) will be held April 11. The Recreation <br />Committee is attempting to provide adult activities. He extended an <br />invitation to everyone to attend the bowling night. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />Progressive Expansion and Drive Relocation - Mayor Carmen said a meeting <br />was held last Thursday and this matter was discussed with the residents. A <br />representative from Progressive was present and explained the proposal. No <br />decision was made; another meeting has been scheduled for this Thursday. <br />Mr. Goley asked if the experts would.be attending the meeting to answer <br />questions.: <br />Mayor Carmen said no requests have been made to have them present, however, <br />he would be happy to provide them if necessary. <br />Mr. Goley explained some of the angered calls he received from residents; <br />and said the residents of Worton Park would like to see a decision be made. <br />Planning Consultant -_.'Update - Mr. Basile said they received the list of <br />names from Mr. Feneli. <br />Mr. Goley asked if Mr. Feneli had contacted any of-them to see what their <br />fees are. <br />Mr. Feneli said he has not contacted them; but will if Council wishes. <br />He suggested a letter of inquiry be sent asking for references, prices, etc. <br />Mr. Etzler gave Mr. Feneli the two names he had mentioned;.at the last <br />meeting (Ray Robinson, Planning DireCtor - City of Stow, and Foster Armstrong <br />with the K.S.U. School of Architecture.) Mr. Feneli will contact the persons on his list a]_ong with the names submitted <br />by Mr. Etzler, to obtain the requested information. <br />Hanus Drainage - Update - Mr. Feneli said he was able to resolve the Zupancic <br />drainage problem, but.not the Hanus problem. He hopes-to have it resolved by <br />the next meeting. <br />Front Row T'raffic - Meeting with Highland Heights - Mayor Carmen said he is <br />supposed to meet with Mayor Hughes about a couple of issues; this will be <br />discussed then. Mr. Goley asked if anyone had heard about a meeting scheduled for Thursday <br />with Alpha Drive businesses. <br />Discussion was.held. <br />Mayor Carmen said the meeting is scheduled for Thursday at 5 p.m. at Al1en <br />Bradley. He plans to attend. Sgt. Jay will also.attend. , <br />Beta Drive Sidewalk Repair -(Paris Building) - Mr. Amendola said they moved <br />their trailer up; he will have to talk to Mr. Caputo about it.
