There are a <br />number which require repair (26.) He said that he hascontactedthe Cleveland <br />Water Department. They still have not serviced the hydrant which was reported <br />to them about 12 weeks ago and asked if anyone had any suggestions how to get <br />the Water Dept. to respond. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said if Chief Mohr would z-compile a list of hydrants that require <br />repair, he would send it to Ernest Cedroni for action.' <br />Mr. Patrick reported that R.I.T.A. Hasstarted to deliver the computets?ari,d <br />they are in the process of hooking them up. <br />Mr. Feneli said that a preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled for this <br />Thursday at 11:30 a.m. with Judge Zingale regarding Fisher's Tavern. He <br />said thai.Mr. Amendola and Sgt. Jay will be there. He will report on this <br />at the next Council Meeting. <br />STANDIPdG COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board met oi: July 23 and <br />August 13. They approved five single-family residences, 6"room additions, <br />four decks & por_ches, and a shed. Four sets of drawings were rejected and <br />must be resubmitted. <br />Board of Appeals - Mr. Amendola said there was no requirement for a Board of <br />Appeals Meeting. <br />Cemetery - There was no report. <br />Commiss'ion on Aging - There was no report since Councilman Etzler was absent. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Petschauer said there was no report; the committee <br />did not meet this evening. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Petschauer said that the group has not <br />met for the last few months. <br />121 <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Basile reported on several items that were discussed <br />at the last meeting; a restaurant's request for occupancy in the Musca Building, <br />a request from Progressive for a height variance, and the parking for the Pizzazz <br />Restaurant. (See P&Z min. 8/3/87) <br />Recreation - Mr. Petschauer said the last day of Village Days was rained out. <br />The fireworks and All-Star games had to be rescheduled. He said the girls <br />and boys teams p.layed this last week and al1 participants received awards. <br />The adult league championship tournament will be held this weekend. The winning <br />teams will receive trophies and each participant will also get an award. The <br />softball raffle will be held Labor Day weekend in conjunction with the fireworks. <br />Recreation is beginning a 30 and over league which will begin following Labor Day <br />??
