Introduced by <br />Councilman David Petschauer. <br />Mr. Petschauer requested that the ordinance be changed to read, "Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole." <br />Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None ' Motion Carried ' <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Petschauer, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />87-47. <br />Mr. Flynn asked that Mayor Carmen see to it that Chief Stevens receives a copy <br />of this ordinance. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />ANY OTHER MATTER THAT MAY COME BEFORE COUNCIL <br />Mr. Amendola expressed concern regarding the waste enclosure ordinance. He <br />explained that because of the cold weather, that a couple of the buildings in <br />the Industrial Park will have particular difficulty complying within the time <br />limit set forth in the ordinance. Mr. Amendola asked if it would be possible <br />for Council to give the property owners an extension of the contruction <br />period. He said that he would like to notify the property owners that they <br />have until January 16 to submit their drawings (which follows the ordinance), <br />but extend the date which construction must be completed.
