<br />Regular Council Meeting <br />5/20/91 <br />Page Three <br />Mr. Patrick stated that all mernbers of Council should have received in their packets, a letter which <br />he is required by the Ohio Revised Code to submit, which certifies that he as taxing authority, <br />certifies that there are no final claims and judgments levied against the Village at this time. <br />Mr. Ramos said the agenda has been amended for several reasons. One is to include Ordinance <br />No. 91-04, and he would appreciate if Council would amend the agenda to include the following: <br />a resolution in respect to retaining the services of Mansour, Gavin, Gerlack & Manos Co., LPA, <br />and adding an ordinance (No. 91-21) regarding the Wilson Mills Road resurfacing. <br />STANDING COMMITIEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola reported that two additions and a single family <br />accessory building were approved at the last meering. <br />Board of A12peals - Mr. Amendola said the Board of Appeals was not required to meet. <br />emete - Mrs. Cinco said they held their annual meering on the 14th. Everyone attended. They <br />will keep the sexton who is doing a lovely job maintaining the grounds. <br />Commission on A i?ng - Mrs. Mills said that about 60 people attended the anniversary party on <br />May 11. The next function besides cards, crafts, and bocce, will be held on June 12. The seniors <br />will be taking a bus trip to Oberlin and Wellington. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the committee recommends placing Ordinance 91-15 on first reading and <br />is asking that Council approve two motions; the first is the preparation of the official statement <br />from Squire, Sanders, and Dempsey for $9800.00-- it is a one-time charge that has to do with the <br />bond raring for the Village, and another morion regarding the increase in the animal warden <br />contract for January 1991. The committee is asking Mr. Ramos to prepare legislation to establish <br />a separate fund for the deposits and other items concerning the Village Trails Development. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said there was no report. Historical Societv - Mrs. Cinco reported that 972 bricks have been placed; 40% of the walk. <br />Engraved bricks are still available for $25.00. Mrs. Cinco said the Art Show, with the assistance ° <br />of Lee Fana, was very successful. The next event will be an ice cream social and quilt raffle on <br />September 11 at 6:30. The restoration of the Historical House continues every Saturday. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco reported that they met on May 9. June 1 is the annual5th and 6th grade <br />track meet at the high school. M.A.R.C. will also continue the women's tennis league with <br />anticipation of the high school tennis courts being finished. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Rinker said the meering will be held next Wednesday. Water <br />District matters will also be discussed and there will be a lot of discussion at that time. <br />?
