T'hey suggested putting it on the Council Caucus agenda to:.., <br />discuss the mechanics for next yeaz. - <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No 91-38, enrifled; "An ordinance adopting new rules and <br />regulations for Stormwater Management and Urban Sediment Pollurion Abatement and declaring <br />an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 8/19/91) <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No 91-40, entitled; "An ordinance amending Secrion 1183.02(a)' <br />pertaining to the standards of off-street parking spaces and declaring an emergency." Introduced <br />by Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 8/19/91) <br />Mr. Hovancsek said this ordinance has not been discussed by Planning and Zoning at this point soY' <br />it might make sense for Council to table it. <br />Mr. Ramos agreed. <br />Mr. Fenante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to table Ordinance No. 91-40. <br />ROLL CALL; AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he recommends that Council pass Ordinance No. 91-38 at this time. <br />Mr. Ramos said a motion to suspend the rules is necessary. <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by 1VIrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES : All <br />NAYS: None <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-38. <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Tabled <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he recommends that Council consider passing this ordinance because it would <br />be more effective than the current ordinance on the books. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />
