<br />Regular Council Meering <br />9/16/91 <br />Page Six <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-43. <br />Mr. Patrick said the changes include a new Village Trails fund, and capital items which were <br />authorized by budget changes. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Readina of Ordinance No. 91-44, entitled; "An ordinance establishing wages, benefits and <br />other terms and condirions of employment for employees of Mayfield Village, Ohio, for the <br />calendar year 1992 and repealing all ordinances inconsistent herewith and declaring an <br />emergency." Introduced by Mayor Carmen and the Enrire Council. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 91-45, enritled; "An ordinance granting an extension to Fisher's <br />Tavern for the purpose of complying with Ordinance No. 85-16 pertaining to signs located on <br />certain property known as 718 S.O.M. Center Road and declaring an emergency." Introduced by <br />Mayor Carmen and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring <br />an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES : All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mrs. Mills, seconded by Mr. Pietrafese, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 91-45. <br />Mr. Ferrante said he would like to know what happened to the agreement made with the people <br />renting the place. Before they took it over they agreed to have the tables moved and agreed to the <br />sign requirements. Now, all of a sudden they are not agreeing to anything and he would like to <br />know why. <br />Mr. Amendola said the recommendarion was handled by Planning and Zoning. Their reasons for <br />the recommendation was that pario dining has never been resolved. Each item was held up when <br />the property transferred. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked if the Village was given anything in writing. <br />
