?23 <br />Regular Council Meeting . <br />12/16/91 <br />Page Three <br />Mr. Ramos said we will need to advertise for the channel work between the Service <br />Department and Beta Drive since informal bids were over $10,000. <br />Council agreed that the Clerk of Council should advertise for bids for that project. <br />Mr. Patrick said, regarding the November 26 meeting, if anyone has questions regarding <br />the use of part-time employees to let him know. <br />Mr. Ramos extended wishes for happy holidays and a happy new year. He said he would <br />like to give his best wishes to Patsy Mills who will be concluding tonight. Mr. Ramos said <br />he would also like to bid Mayor Carmen ado; it has been an honor and a pleasure. <br />STANDIN T COMMITTEE REPORTS. <br />Architectural Review Board - Board of Appeals - Mrs. Mills said she thinks maybe there <br />should be a liaison between the Architectural Review Board and Council. There is a need <br />to have someone to report when Gus is not here. <br />Cemeterv - Mrs. Cinco said there was no report. <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee - Mr. Pietrafese said there was no report. <br />Commission on Aging - Mrs. Mills said they had their Christmas Party this past Saturday. <br />About 60 people attended; everyone had a good time. <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Flynn said the committee met this evening. They asked the <br />Finance Director to change Ordinance 91-57 and get back to them with the specifics. It will <br />be ready for the meeting on the 30th. <br />Mr. Ramos said we can take it off the agenda and keep the same number. <br />Mr. F1ynn said they recommend moving forward with Ordinance 91-58 and Resolurion <br />91-95. He said that Chief Mohr needs to get back to them about addirional personnel in the <br />Fire Department. <br />Mr. Basile asked if Council had received a report from Mr. Hill. <br />Council said they had received one a long time ago. <br />Mr. Pietrafese asked if Mr. Patrick could get an audit for the first of the year. <br />Mr. Patrick said over the last couple of years the Village has been doing annual audits and <br />he would like to see the Village continue to do so. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said they held the election of officers. The <br />minutes of the meeting, including the slate of officers, were distributed to Council.
