ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Busa, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Stephens NAYS: None ABSTAIN: Mr. Basile Motion Carried Expenditure Authorized Second Reading of Ordinance No. 94-4 Mrs. Cinco asked for a motion to amend Ordinance No. 94-4. Mr. Diemert explained the first reading was January 17. Council will be making a motion to amend to conform with the version that has the reference of (2) at the bottom left-hand corner. T'here was recommendations from the Planning Commission. One of their questions was to the definitions of political signs, that is located in Section 1185.03, so he does not think it needs to be repeated here. The other changes were incorporated into this which are on the second page: in number 12, we took out where it says only the candidate signs put in "which are of the candidates or the issues". The other one was on the third line "permitted to be located within the Village", just the "to be" was put in there, we took out the word "signs." Under 14: the word "less" was changed to "more" midway through. Those were the only changes. Mrs. Cinco asked for a motion of Council to amend this now, but they will just leave it on second reading. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 94-4, entitled; "An ordinance amending Chapter 1185.16(d) relative to political signs." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 1/17/94) Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 94-4. ROLL CALL: AYES: All NAYS: None Motion Carried Ordinance Amended Mrs. Cinco said they will have this on third reading, as amended, in March.
