Council will be making a <br />motion to amend to conform with the version that has the reference of (2) at the bottom <br />left-hand corner. T'here was recommendations from the Planning Commission. One of <br />their questions was to the definitions of political signs, that is located in Section 1185.03, <br />so he does not think it needs to be repeated here. The other changes were incorporated <br />into this which are on the second page: in number 12, we took out where it says only <br />the candidate signs put in "which are of the candidates or the issues". The other one <br />was on the third line "permitted to be located within the Village", just the "to be" was <br />put in there, we took out the word "signs." Under 14: the word "less" was changed to <br />"more" midway through. Those were the only changes. <br />Mrs. Cinco asked for a motion of Council to amend this now, but they will just leave it <br />on second reading. <br />Second Reading of Ordinance No. 94-4, entitled; "An ordinance amending Chapter <br />1185.16(d) relative to political signs." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. (First Reading 1/17/94) <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to amend Ordinance No. 94-4. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Amended <br />Mrs. Cinco said they will have this on third reading, as amended, in March.
