However, each of you have copies of the minutes. Spring can't be far <br />away because softball sign-up is March 16. <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />2/21/94 <br />Page Nine <br />Mrs. Cinco said before they move on to OLD BUSINESS, she would like to ask to have <br />the agenda amended to include Ordinance No. 94-12. <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to amend the agenda to include <br />Ordinance No. 94-12. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />U12per 40 - Mrs. Cinco asked Tom Cappello to update everyone on the progress. <br />Mr. Cappello said presently they received a letter from our draft to Mr. Diemert <br />regarding the right-of-entry. They have prepared a proposed time schedule. Basically <br />between February 28 and March 14, they would like to field survey the property, gain <br />access then and possibly finish design by mid-April; then, send the plans in for review. <br />Beech Hill - Mrs. Cinco said she knows that Laura has a question. She asked if Mr. <br />Hovancsek wanted to first start on that. <br /> <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he reviewed the various data submitted by KM&M and their <br />subcontractor Willard Improvement. He approved the plans and the data they <br />submitted. Construction started last week, slowly. They are moving along. The work <br />is being monitored by Lt. Jack Jay on a daily basis. The day by day review will be done <br />by the police department and not the Village Engineer. <br />Mrs. Lynch said she received a packet from the Village. It was very informative; she <br />expressed thanks. In the packet, there was correspondence from Willard. One of them <br />said that pavement replacement will be completed, weather permitting, within 45 days <br />after sewer construction is completed. She asked if they are talking about Willard <br />Construction work on Beech Hill and not the completion of the project. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said precisely. Willard is a subcontractor. When his sewer work is done <br />(not the tunnel work) on Beech Hill Road.
