With the factors that have <br />come up over the weekend. <br />Mr. Russo said you didn't answer my question. Are you going to be voting on that <br />piece of legislation like you promised that you would. Is it your intention not to vote <br />(D on any legislation this evening? <br />M <br />CY) Mrs. Cinco said we have legislation on the table tonight. <br />z A resident said tell us what it will do. <br />2 It is mainly dealing with amount of dollars to get this project going and done quicker <br />A resident said so what you are doing tonight is you are attempting to strike some sort <br />of compromise. <br />Mrs. Cinco said if you want to call it a compromise, fine. <br />A resident said you didn't tell any of us about it before this evening, so we are hearing it <br />for the first time right now. <br />Mrs. Cinco said we haven't gotten to that part of the meeting yet. <br />A resident said you knew before now that you were going to vote on the piece of <br />legislation this evening. Couldn't you have extended us the courtesy of calling one of <br />us and telling us? Or is this part of the big secret that goes on in the Village that we <br />aren't supposed to know anything that happens until after it happens? <br />A resident said I asked at our last meeting whether or not a vote would be taken <br />tonight, and you told me that a vote would be taken. I think that a vote should be taken <br />in front of these people to see where you stand on this. <br />Mayor Rinker addressed Mr. Ehrhardt and Mr. Russo and said with all due respect you <br />are twisting what I had said. I am not changing my position from before. Safety all <br />along has been the consideration. You asked me that if this were just the only <br />consideration, I said that the dollars alone do not justify it. What we got the other night <br />was from Mr. Overmyer with the Police Chief there, the Fire Chief there, when we went <br />through that entire process, what we came out with was that this could be workable. It <br />was something that could be managed. We could put the barrels, we could make the <br />wider lane, we could put up a flagman. We could do those things; we
