They also <br />discussed the cleaning of the ducts, storage space, logging tape, annual physicals and <br />biannual blood testing (Discussion was held regarding who would pay the deductible.) <br />Finance Committee - Mr. Ferrante said the committee met tonight. They recommend <br />CD approval of the following: Wiley Park work in the amount of $97,875; the community <br />CO room roof at a cost of $6,580. (There is an insurance claim for $4,400.) He asked about <br />CO the other remodeling of the community room. <br />Z Mayor Rinker said the other remodeling will be presented to Council. <br />` Mr. Ferrante said they recommend holding on the pick-up truclc and dump truck until <br />1995. Mr. Ferrante said they recommend purchasing a Roto Tub Grinder for $36,000; <br />the insurance purchases (amounts included on agenda); but are not recommending <br />approval at this time of Hollowell Consulting services--they are not approving that at <br />this time; they would like to have more discussion on that. Mr. Ferrante said they <br />recommend entering into an agreement with C&E Environmental (for grinding of <br />leaves and timber) for $5,000. They also discussed the log in tape recorder; they do not <br />object to it, but want to know how much it will cost: They recommend approval of the <br />ice cream expenditure. They recommend discussing CT Consultants at Caucus. They <br />would like a memo on the expenditures from Dick Overmyer. They recommend <br />approval of Squire, Sanclers and Dempsey for legal services in the amount of $3,573.97. <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils -1VIr. F'errante said there was no report. <br />Historical Societv - Mr. Fixler said Mr. Plastine submitted the following report: The <br />drywall for the kitchen has been completed. Windows have been installed in the <br />kitchen; the 1950-style windows have been removed. Renovation work on the south <br />wing is proceeding on schedule. <br />M.A.R.C. - Mrs. Cinco said there was no mark meeting in June; there will be one in July. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mrs. Cinco said they met last Tuesday. They discussed <br />sprinklers and did have a response and need a merno on office space change. They <br />discussed the BOCA code. 'I'here will be a meeting on that for all of Council to attend-- <br />Planning and Zoning on July 21 at 7:30 p.m. In the meantime, they will be getting <br />information in their packets. <br />Pl_anning and Zoning - Mr. Basile said the Commission met June 6. The Commission <br />questioned the time and temperature sign installed by D.O. Summers. Mr. Samac <br />clarified the sign is permitted under Mayfield Village code. Mr. Basile said he
