<br />191 <br />Special Council Meeting . <br />7/5/94 <br />Page Five <br />Mr. Flynn asked about posting "No Left Turn" signs. <br />(D <br />M <br />M <br />Q <br />z <br />?? <br />? <br /> <br />The roll call vote to follow was to accept the recommendations in total (as stated in the <br />letter of July 1,1994, to Mr. Mahmoud Al-Lozi of NOACA) for the traffic study covering <br />the Wilson Mills/I-271 Corridor. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Mr. Busa <br />NAYS: Mr. Basile, Mrs. Cinco, Mr. Ferrante, Mr. Fixler, Mr. Flynn <br />Motion Not Carried <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize the July 1st letter [to <br />Mr. Mahmoud Al-Lozi of NOACA] of agreement by the Mayor and President of <br />Council without paragraph four included therein. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agreement Authorized <br />Mayor Rinker said he will follow up with a letter addressed to NOACA and to <br />Highland Heights indicating the reason for the vote is the safety concern and that needs <br />to be addressed in some fashion: If someone comes up with some good arguments on <br />both sides, then we can re-think that. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 94-43, entitled; "An ordinance proposing an amendment <br />to Article VII of the Charter of Mayfield Village pertaining to initiative and referendum <br />matters." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco said Ordinance No. 94-43 is on first reading. <br />Refurbishing of Community Room <br />Mrs. Cinco asked for a motion for refurbishing of the Community Room in the amount <br />of $11,420. <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to authorize an expenditure not to <br />exceed a total of $11,420 for refurbishing of the Mayfield Village Senior Center <br />/Community Room. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized
