CD Mr. Hovancsek reported on the sidewalk meeting held at 9:00 a.m. this morning. The M contractor will be submitting his performance bond tomorrow.or Wednesday and Q would like to start work at the end of this week or, at the latest, Monday. z Mrs. Cinco questioned the late start. c Mr. Hovancsek stated they are getting a late start; however, it is a relatively. small job and they should have no problem getting the work completed before bad weather. Second Reading of Ordinance No. 94-22, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating new Chapter 1387 providing for authorization, enforcement and penalty provisions necessary to cause the inspection of all property in the Village." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/19/94; Referred to P&Z.) Ordinance No. 94-22 was given second reading. Second Reading of Ordinance 94-23, entitled; "An emergency ordinance adopting Chapter 1335 known as the "BOCA National Property Maintenance Code." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/19/94; Referred to P&Z.) Ordinance No. 94-23 was given second reading. Second IZeading of Ordinance 94-37, entitled; "An emergency resolution authorizing an agreement with Rauschenbach, Casini & Urban, Inc. and for architectural services pertaining to the proposed municipal center." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. (First Reading 9/19/94.) Mrs. Cinco asked if Council has any further discussion on Ordinance 94-37. Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 94-37. Mr. Flynn said he would like to hold off until Mr. Panzica is here to answer a few pertinent questions.
