279
Regular Council Meeting
11/21/94
Page Five
search is out for a new Camp Director. They also discussed the Christmas Party which
will be held December 10 from 1:30-3. Plans were finalized for the Craft Show which
will be November 26. It was a sell out regarding booth vendors.
Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Fixler said they sent out their first package. He fielded a
(D few calls from the Hickory Hill area and the Worton Park area. We will be setting up a
CO meeting in December. (The tentative date is December 12.) Some of the construction might start sometime
z next month.
? Mayor Rinker said Rick Novickis, Cuyahoga County Board of Health, had sent out
notices for a meeting on November 15. Another meeting is scheduled for November 30.
It is a very informative, nuts and bolts meeting regarding everything you wanted to
know about septic tanks.
Highland/SOM - Mr. Hovancsek said he contacted the County for a meeting. He has
not met with them yet. He has looked at the project several times and has contacted the
contractor. Mr. Hovancsek said he asked the contractor to do some additional
feathering at each of the overlays because there is a definite bump. He would anticipate
that would be done in the next couple of weeks.
Mrs. Cinco asked that Mr. Hovancsek coordinate with Mayor Rinker to set up the
meeting.
Mr. Basile said you can see the waves in the road at night.
Mr. Hovancsek said he will be glad to look at it again.
Beech Hill- Mr. Cappello said the contractor, Willard Construction, has been in finishing
up their final punch list/site restoration today. Hopefully, they will pour the driveways
tomorrow or Wednesday. However, Mr. Kritzer said their subcontractor wants to pour
Friday, so they are looking for somebody who could possibly pour tomorrow or the
next day. They will finalize by placing all the rest of the stone down and take care of
the other minor things on the punch list. We delivered some plants to replace the
residents damaged items.
