Regular Council Meeting <br />3/15/93 <br />Page 3 <br />Mayor Rinker asked if there is a particular location where Lt. Neyman envisions this <br />truck will be utilized. <br />Lt. Neyman said certainly for the taller buildings, and it will be used for new and <br />existing homes. Because of its pumping capabilities, it will be nice for homes. He feels <br />it will be used equally--residentially and commercially. The truck fit in the fire station <br />with about 1-1 /2 feet on one end and 10" on the other. <br />Mr. Brett said at this time he is signing the Fiscal Officer's Certificate and will pass it on <br />to Council. He reported they have garnered an interest rate of 2.7. Mr. Brett said the <br />Mayor's Budget for 1993 is available and asked that everyone check pages 38, 40, and 46 <br />et cetera--and if they notice any printing glitches, to please contact him. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Amendola said the Board met and reviewed plans for <br />the west block of Progressive's building. They also reviewed plans for Heinen's <br />addition. <br />Board of M12eals - Mr. Amendola said they were not required to meet. <br />Cemeterv - Mr. Fixler said the trustees will meet this Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the <br />Mayfield Heights Community Room. <br />Citizen's Advisory Committee - Mrs. Cinco said they did not meet in February; their <br />next meeting will be March 29 at 8 p.m. <br />Commission on AgiLig - Mr. Busa said the Director of Human Services reported that <br />approximately 30 senior citizens attended the high school performance of Oklahoma. A <br />"Getting to Know You" program between Mayfield Village seniors and Mayfield Center <br />School fifth graders began March 2. Students interviewed and had lunch with the <br />adults. The student council at the high.school is presenting its second annual dance for <br />senior citizens in the school district on Apri13 at the high school. Mrs. Kalina is <br />currently selling tickets ($3 per person.) The card group will have a St. Patrick's Day <br />lunch March 16. <br />Finance - Mr. Flynn said the committee met this evening. They recommend moving <br />ahead with the following items: <br />Radio enhancements for the fire and service departments <br />Note sale ordinance
