Regular Council Meeting <br />7/19/93 <br />Page Nine <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 93-31. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he thinks it is a good bid and recommends it be accepted. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-32, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Sections 1181.03(a),1181.06, and 1181.07(a) of the Codified Ordinances relating to <br />minimum frontage and side yarcis in the single family residential district." Introduced <br />by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco said this ordinance will remain on first reading and be referred to the <br />Architectural Review Board. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-33, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1321.04 of the Codified Ordinances by including an additional section relative to <br />entrances for people into garages." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco said this ordinance will remain on first reading. The Ordinance Review <br />Committee took this recommendation from the Building Commissioner. A number of <br />people do not have other entrances out of their garage and have been locked out of their <br />homes. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-34, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1157.08 relating to perxnitted fences in residential districts." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. . <br />Mrs. Cinco said Ordinance No. 93-34 will remain on first reading. She said this will go <br />to the Architectural Review Board. It is something that they have asked for and she <br />thinks Planning and Zoning might want to look at it also. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 93-35, entitled; "An emergency ordinance amending <br />Section 1119.09(e) by establishing criteria for the completion of sidewalks in <br />subdivisions." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole.
