<br /> <br /> <br />_ .? <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />1/29/96' <br />Page 11 <br />Mr. Brett said we can look into that. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Brett said he believes the original bid was $1,200. <br />Council President Fixler said if it was only for $1,200.00, why don't we go ahead. <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize the Finance Director <br />to negotiate the best deal to dispose of the 1989 Ford Crown Victoria. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 96-04, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />authorizing a contract with the Levin Center of the Levin College of Urban Affairs <br />at Cleveland State University." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. . <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to suspend the rules of <br />Council requiring an ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 96-04. <br />Council President Fixler asked if there was any further discussion about this study. <br />[Council had discussed this at the Special Council Meeting on January 22.] <br />There was no further discussion. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak <br />must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion <br />pertaining to the items' under "Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments.
