Regular Council Meeting. <br />4/15/96 <br />Page 4 <br />M.A.R.C - Mr. Buckholtz said M.A.R.C. will be meeting March 18. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Marquardt said they met Apri19. They <br />discussed two items to clean up our code. One item was regarding insulation <br />requirements and the recommendation that we drop our insulation requirements <br />and use CABO's requirements. [They are the model energy code.] They also <br />discussed elimination of our ordinance on garbage disposal and incinerators. <br />Garbage disposals are regulated by UL (and our ordinance mimics UL) and <br />incinerators are pretty much obsolete. Planning and Zoning - Mr. Ferrante said they met April 1st. They discussed the <br />building addition on S.O.M. The Commission recommends approval contingent on <br />engineering charges. . <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said the Board will be meeting this Wednesday. <br />Last month, we had softball registration. The Recreation Board is scheduling a <br />Drama Camp for later in the summer. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said the Committee will be meeting <br />before the end of the month to discuss our recommendations for formulating the <br />mechanics of the Sewer Relief Fund. <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak <br />must first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion <br />pertaining to the items under "Old Business" only. <br />There were no comments. <br />A motion to authorize an expenditure not to exceed $7,500 to Coyote Rainbow Display <br />for a fireworks displav <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize an expenditure not to <br />exceed $7,500 to Coyote Rainbow Display for a fireworks display. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />_? <br /> <br />
