<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Regular Council Meeting <br />4/15/96 <br />Page 5 <br />A motion to authorize various expenditures for the sale of $3,000,000.00 in bonds in the <br />amount of $81,622 40 (Breakdown as follows: $23 628.65 - Investors; $37,493.75 - A.G. <br />Edwards; $13,000.00 - MBIA; $7,500 - BOLM. <br />Mr. Marquardt, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in <br />the amount of $81,622.40 for the sale of bonds. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authorize the expenditure of $6.750 to Squires, Sanders & Dempsey for <br />legal services re: sanitary sewers <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to authorize the expenditure of <br />$6,750 to Squires, Sanders & Dempsey for legal services re: sanitary sewers. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A1212roval of new building - rear of progerty - 681 Beta Drive - Centerior Energy (CEI) <br />Mr. Samac said Planning and Zoning recommends approval of a storage building at the <br />rear of the C.E.I. Service yard. It will be a free-standing building for storage only. (No <br />heat or lighting.) There are a few minor items that must be cleared up (such as <br />drainage), but Council could approve it contingent upon the approval of the Village <br />Engineer. It is scheduled to go before the Architectural Review Board a week from <br />Thursday (for the aesthetics.) <br />Council President Fixler asked if it will be difficult to see from the street and if it meets <br />all code requirements. <br />Mr. Samac said it will be difficult to see from the street. It meets our set back <br />requirements. <br />Council President Fixler asked if Council would approve it subject to the code <br />requirements. ' <br />Mr. Busa, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to approve the building at the rear <br />property at 681 Beta Drive (Centerior Energy) subject to the items being in compliance <br />with our code (as stated above by Mr. Samac.)
