If for some reason, Mr. Hoenigman does not wish them to do that-an <br />alternative may be to put up a fence. <br />Note: A copy of the handout will be attached to the minutes as a copy of the permanent record. <br />Mr. Hovancsek said he reviewed the drainage. Last week, Mr. Kritzer showed him the landscape <br />plan. Mr. Kritzer indicated they will not do the drainage until after they resolve the landscaping issue. <br />Mr. Kritzer explained they do not know whether to mound or what they need to know how it will <br />look before they design the drainage to be sure the area will drain properly. <br />Mayor Rinker said they need to: <br />1. Determine where the landscaping will go; <br />2. Determine the drainage & <br />3. Planting <br />Mr. and Mrs. Hoenigman said they do not want the landscaping on their land. Their whole point is <br />that the biofilter is too big for the area. They asked if another option would be for N.E.O.R.S.D. to <br />buy that portion of their property and landscape it. <br />Mayor Rinker said that would be up to the Hoenigman's and N.E.O.R.S.D. There is only so much <br />the Village can do to intervene. <br />Mr. John Michalko, 6852 Wilson Mills Road, said there are no plant sizes in the pictures Mr. <br />Klunzinger showed. He asked if the plants are shown at their ma.ture size-or are they 2' plants? <br />Mr. Kritzer said regarding the landscaping sizes--they are thinking about 6-8' trees. <br />Mr. Michalko said it must be stated in the specifications. <br />Mr. Kritzer said he talked to the Village Landscape Architect akeady. Before we do anything, Mr. <br />Kostelec will have the plans for his review and approval. <br />Mayor Rinker said he would like something that will show how it will look when it is installed. <br />Mr. Klunzinger said he will prepare something. He said the picture shows fully mature trees, but it <br />won't be too far down the road. <br />Dr. Parker asked if it is functioning now-or when will it be functioning? <br />Mr. Klunzinger said it can be functioning in a passive fashion within about two weeks.
