They will probably start in <br />approximately two weeks on just the portion on removing the median in front ofProgressive. If <br />they have some more time, they might extend that lane to I-271. <br />A motion to authorize the release of the retainer to Pavement Technolog_v in the amount of $748.35 <br />1VIr. Busa, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to authorize the release of the retainer to <br />Pavement Technology in the amount of $748.35. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />A motion to authonze the release of the final payment to Panzica Construction in the amount of <br />$13,669.25 <br />Discussion was held about the concrete problems in the new station. There are cracks where the <br />large trucks park. The cost to repair the problem might be higher than the final payment. <br />1VIr. Brett said we have their reta.iner-he feels the bonds are sufficient so we could release the <br />final payment. <br /> <br /> <br />1VIayor Rinker said it is a complete building. They handled the problem with the mezzanine <br />professionally and quickly. VVe will watch the concrete area to see if the cracks expand.
