He thanked Mark for the way he dealt with him and wished him well. <br />Mr. Samac thanked Mark for their association over the years and wished him well. Mr. Samac <br />reported that Progressive will be coming before Planning & Zoning this Thursday and will be <br />before Council in the very near future with Building #3. <br />Mr._ Hovancsek reported that the Mayfield Union Cemetery survey on Wilson 1Vlills is complete. <br />He wished Mark well. <br />Mr. Diemert thanked Mrs. Fixler for her patience in allowing Mr. Fixler to spend so much time <br />on Village issues.and wished them well in their new home. <br />Chief Stevens said Chief Mohr is in Mayfield Heights at a fire. (So there was no report from <br />Fire.) <br />Mr. Brett said he will miss Mr. Fixler and wislies him the best. <br />Chief Stevens said he had no report. <br />Mr. Thomas distributed a mock brochure for the pool. It will be 8 1/2 x 11". Lt will be going out <br />to all residents Friday. He welcomes comments and suggestions. Mr. Thomas commended Lee <br />and Donna for their effort and time on this. <br />Mayor Rinker asked when the Voice of the Village was going out. <br />Mrs. Roman said the first weekend in June. <br />Mr. Thomas said we will be putting out a Parks & Recreation brochure 3 times a year. Next <br />year, this Summer brochure will be a combination Spring/Summer issue. He wants to market the <br />summer program in February or March because that is when people start thinking about Summer <br />programs. We will be doing a Spring/Summer brochure, a Fall and a Winter brochure. <br />STANDING COMMETTEE REPORTS <br />Activities Committee - Mrs. Roman reported that over 850 people attended the Pancake <br />Breakfast. We had a lot of help from Village officials, volunteers from almost every committee <br />and residents. Everyone enjoyed the harpist and the magician. We are gearing up for 50's Night, <br />Saturday, June 12. We look forward to seeing everyone there. <br />Mayor Rinker said it was a good turnout.
