Highland Heights declined any further assistance regazding the purchase of a <br />fence in front of the cemetery. <br />Citizen's Advisory Board - Mrs. Cinco said they will meet June 28. There was no meeting iast <br />month. <br />Commission on- Aging - Mr. Busa read the report from Mrs. Kalina, Human Services Director. <br />Safetv and Service - Mrs. Cinco said they met June 7. They discussed several items. The laser <br />pointer ordinance will be refined at the next Safety and Service meeting. The laser speed <br />detectors are on tonight's agenda. We will be receiving bids for pavement rejuvenation. <br />Finance Committee - Dr. Parker said the Finance Committee met this evening. (See agenda <br />attached. The Committee recommended approval of items 1 and 2. The Committee was not in <br />favor of item #3. Regarding #4--they felt the $88,000 was necessary and merited but questioned <br />the $115,000 differential. Mr. Brett to check with URS. They discussed item #5, recommended <br />items #6, 7 and 9. (Item #7 was deleted from the agenda; item #9 regarding the repair of the <br />brakes and tune-up for Fire Truck #651 in the amount of $3,650 was addect to the agenda.) <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mrs. Cinco said she did not attend their last meeting; she does not <br />think Mayfield Village was represented. <br />Historical Societv - Mrs.. Mills said the Historical House will be open July 3`a during the Fourth <br />of July festivities. They will still have the monthly .open house. <br />M.A.R.C - Mrs. Cinco said they had a good meeting June 3rd. The next meeting will be held at <br />Parkview PooY on July 8. <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Samac said there was no meeting this month. <br />Pianning and Zoning - Mrs. Mills said she was out of town. Mr. Sama.c said the Commission <br />met June 17. They recommended approval of a lot split of the Mt. Sinai property that the Village <br />recently purchased and also approved Building #3 for Progressive. <br />Recreation Board - Mr. Buckholtz said there has been less and less recreation for Committee <br />members and residents to do--it might have something to do with having a new Parks & <br />Recreation Director. <br />Sewer Liaison Committee - Mr. Buckholtz said-there was no report. <br />OLD BUSINESS °':
