Regular Council Meeting <br />6-21-99 <br />Page 9 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to authorize an expenditure in an amount <br />not to exceed $3,650 to Williams Detroit Diesel. <br />Council President Marquardt asked if the Finance Committee approved this. <br />Mr. Buckholtz said yes. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Expenditure Authorized <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 99-22, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the Mayor <br />and President of Council to enter into an agreement with Snacks-N-Stuff, Inc. of 1393 Dill Road, <br />South Euclid, Ohio 44131 for food and refreshrnents and any other related services to be provided at <br />a concession stand located-at the Parkview Pool." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a <br />Whole. <br />Mr: Busa, seconded by Mrs. Mills, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mrs. Cinco, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-22. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 99-23, entitled; "An emergency ordinance authorizing the <br />Administration to enter into an agreement with Gladys Rivers and James Lyman Rivers as and for <br />the purchase ofpermanent parcel nos. 831-07-005, 831-07-006, 831-07-010, otherwise known as <br />396 S.O.M. Center Road and 400 S.O.M. Center Road in the Village of Mayfield." Introduced by <br />Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Dr. Parker, made a motion to suspend the rules of Council requiring an <br />ordinance to be read on three separate occasions. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Rules Suspended <br />Dr. Parker, seconded by Mr. Buckholtz, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 99-23.
