Regular Council Meeting <br />1/16/95 <br />Page Fourteen <br />seeking to give us some assistance with the Corps) to convince the Corps that this project is <br />not only necessary, but it would be an environmental betterment to the area rather than <br />cause any degradation to the area. <br />Mr. Fixler said we will set something up in the near future where he can give us more <br />details. <br />Worton Park Issue II Funding - Update - Mr. Fixler said the Worton Park Issue II <br />Funding certainly was updated. He expressed thanks to Mayor Rinker and to Phil <br />Brett. <br />Reconsideration of Ordinance 94-20, entitled; "An ordinance amending Sections <br />1157.06 (a), Section 1181.01 and Section 1181.07(c) limiting the maximum height of <br />accessory buildings in residential districts, and amending the definition of "Height of <br />Building" in Sections 1113.10 and 1145.01(e). Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. (First Reading 4/18/94; Second Reading 5/16/94; Third Reading 6/20/94; <br />Public Hearing 1/9/95.) <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Busa, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. 94-20. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />OPEN PORTION - 3 minute limit imposed by Chair. Those who wish to speak must <br />first state their name and address. This open portion is limited to discussion pertaining <br />to the items under "Old Business" only. <br />Tanice Marquardt, 6738 Bramblewood - said she would like to take this opportunity on <br />behalf of all the children of the Mayfield Schools to thank the majority of Council and <br />Mayor Rinker for being able to reach a compromise on sharing with the schools. She <br />said she wants to assure Council that the accountability will be done and will be open <br />for their review and for the people of Mayfield Village. Mrs. Marquardt said not only <br />the children in Mayfield Village will benefit from the use of this, but many other <br />children in the School District. <br />Dorothv Buzek, South Woodlane Drive - said she would like to publicly thank the <br />Mayor, Mr. Brett and Council for all their work on getting us our sewer help. She said <br />they really appreciate it.
