Regular Council Meeting <br />4/24/95 <br />Page Eight <br />Chief Mohr said yes. <br />Activities Committee - Mayor Rinker said they are looking for volunteers for the <br />Mother's Day Pancake Breakfast. Shortly thereafter will be '50s Night. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Samac said they met on April 13. They approved <br />a new house on Village Trails, a swimming pool and reviewed some resubmittals <br />from previous meetings. <br />Board of Anpeals - Mr. Samac said there were no agenda items; therefore, no <br />meeting. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Buckholtz said the Cemetery Committee met on June 6. The <br />communities, Mayfield Heights and Highland Heights, agreed to the $1,000 <br />donation per community. We will need to transfer ours accordingly. He was asked <br />to continue serving as the administrative trustee which he agreed to. Insurance is <br />coming due in June. They were very much interested in the greenskeeper and want <br />to find out the status of that. They want to go ahead with the spring clean-up. They <br />had an offer from Roger Remec from the Horticulture Center. He has done the <br />pruning already and will continue to work in that regard. The Holiday Family <br />Flower Trust Fund was approved today for the Memorial Day entrance decorations <br />and a fee of $100 per year for administration. Also, we are looking at sources for a <br />new sign and need to compare figures on that. <br />Citizen's Advisorv - Mrs. Cinco said they met in March. She has not received <br />minutes. They will be meeting next door this evening; the meeting started at 8 p.m. <br />Commission on Aging - Mr. Busa said the intergenerational programs with the <br />Mayfield students continue to go well. The participation in the Mini World Tour <br />which was televised April 2 was a rewarding experience for all participants. There <br />will be a viewing of the complete taping Wednesday, April 26 at 1:30 p.m. in the <br />Conference Room across from the 10-12 office at the high school. Anyone interested <br />in seeing this show is welcome to attend. Their Getting to Know You program with <br />Center School students will have its final session Tuesday, May 2 when our <br />participants are invited to have lunch at Center School. The Anniversary Party is <br />Saturday, May 20. Council members are invited to join in the festivities between ? <br />1 and 4 p.m. in the Community Room. <br />Safety and Service - Mrs. Cinco had no report.
