Regular Council Meeting <br />5/15/95 <br />Page Thirteen <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Agenda Amended <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-25, entitled; "A resolution authorizing the <br />County Engineer to seek financial assistance from the State Issue 2 Infrastructure <br />Funds for the first year's capitalized interest on the North County Line Sewer <br />Improvement." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mr. Buckholtz, seconded by Mr. Flynn, to adopt Resolution No. 95-25 in title. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-22, entitled; "An emergency resolution <br />approving the lot consolidation at 770 S.O.M. Center and 776 S.O.M. Center, for the <br />Village of Mayfield." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-22. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted <br />Discussion was held about which address the Fire Station parcel will have. <br />Mr. Samac said they have been using 770 for various correspondence. Everyone <br />agreed the parcel will have the address of 770 S.O.M. Center Road. <br />First Reading of Resolution No. 95-23, entitled; "A resolution designating the Mayor <br />as the authorized signatory for application to the Water Pollution Control Loan <br />Fund (WPCLF) and authorizing him to apply for a low interest loan from the <br />WPCLF through the Ohio EPA and Ohio Water Development Authority (OWDA) <br />and declaring an emergency." Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole. <br />Mrs. Cinco, seconded by Mr. Flynn, made a motion to adopt Resolution No. 95-23. <br />Roll Call: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None Motion Carried <br />Resolution Adopted
