r <br />Regular Council Meeting : <br />6/19/95 Page3 <br />Third Reading of Ordinance No. 95-24, entitled; "An emergency ordinance <br />establishing a"Sewer Relief Fund". Introduced by Mayor Rinker and Council <br />as a Whole. (First Reading 5/15/95; Second Reading and amended 5/23/95.) <br />Mr. Basile, seconded by Mr. Ferrante, made a motion to enact Ordinance No. <br />95-24. <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Recess <br />Motion Carried <br />Ordinance Enacted <br />Mr. Ferrante, seconded by Mr. Basile, made a motion to hold a short recess at <br />this time (in case members of the audience want to leave.) <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: All <br />NAYS: None <br />Motion Carried <br />Council recessed at 8:10 p.m. <br />Council reconvened at 8:17 p.m. <br />STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS <br />Activities Committee - Mayor Rinker said we had a very successful `50s <br />Night. There seemed to be more of a variety of '50s cars. We had two Lolly <br />the Trolley's this year. The next special event will be held July 1st--concert in <br />the gazebo from 7-10 and fireworks around 10 p.m. <br />Architectural Review Board - Mr. Samac said there were two meetings. The <br />Board approved several additions, decks and fences and one new home. <br />Board of A1212eals - Mr. Samac said there was no meeting; no agenda items. <br />They will be holding a meeting within the next week and a half. <br />Cemetery - Mr. Buckholtz said he is working on a new sign for the Cemetery <br />and is also working on getting a new flagpole. He was hoping to hold a <br />dedication ceremony on July 4th, but thinks it may be postponed to Labor Day.
