Their legal department will be preparing something in <br />writing to make sure we are on the same page. They would like to have it on line by <br />February 1st. The cable will have to go under the parking lot of Center School. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked about the present antenna. <br />Council President Fixler said the present antenna will be dismantled. He said this is <br />a permanent thing; this will be our antenna. They understand they are doing all of <br />the fiber optics for Mayfield Village. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked if it will not take up too much room and what special <br />requirements they would need. <br />Council President explained what they will need. <br />Discussion was held about the potential overlap in cost. <br />Chief Mohr said the Village of Chagrin Falls is putting up a 200' tower; they are <br />paying Chagrin Falls $600/month to rent the space for the tower. <br />Mr. Brett said we must stay within 10% or less of the entire package. <br />Mrs. Cinco suggested Mr. Panzica take a look at it. <br />Mr. Panzica said it would be a big bonus. <br />Chief Mohr said Council could look for other avenues for how they could help us <br />achieve our goals. He said they will paint the tower the color we want. <br />Mr. Ferrante asked what Council President Fixler was looking for tonight. <br />Council President Fixler said he wanted to explain the project to Council this <br />evening. They would like to construct the aerial in October/November. They need <br />to have a lease arrangement set up ahead of time. He will put our Law Director in <br />touch with their legal department. <br />Fire Station - aesthetics - Council President Fixler said he was looking at the plans <br />for the Fire Station and it appears, from an aesthetic point of view, angles could be <br />added to stretch the roof line out--it looks too dwarf. (He showed Council the <br />drawings.)
