Their legal department will be preparing something in writing to make sure we are on the same page. They would like to have it on line by February 1st. The cable will have to go under the parking lot of Center School. Mr. Ferrante asked about the present antenna. Council President Fixler said the present antenna will be dismantled. He said this is a permanent thing; this will be our antenna. They understand they are doing all of the fiber optics for Mayfield Village. Mr. Ferrante asked if it will not take up too much room and what special requirements they would need. Council President explained what they will need. Discussion was held about the potential overlap in cost. Chief Mohr said the Village of Chagrin Falls is putting up a 200' tower; they are paying Chagrin Falls $600/month to rent the space for the tower. Mr. Brett said we must stay within 10% or less of the entire package. Mrs. Cinco suggested Mr. Panzica take a look at it. Mr. Panzica said it would be a big bonus. Chief Mohr said Council could look for other avenues for how they could help us achieve our goals. He said they will paint the tower the color we want. Mr. Ferrante asked what Council President Fixler was looking for tonight. Council President Fixler said he wanted to explain the project to Council this evening. They would like to construct the aerial in October/November. They need to have a lease arrangement set up ahead of time. He will put our Law Director in touch with their legal department. Fire Station - aesthetics - Council President Fixler said he was looking at the plans for the Fire Station and it appears, from an aesthetic point of view, angles could be added to stretch the roof line out--it looks too dwarf. (He showed Council the drawings.)
