Council has already passed the <br />legislation, so as soon as the;y send out contracts, we should be able to proceed. <br />i <br />Council President Fixler asked if we needed to go out for bid or if we can justify buying <br />from both companies. ; <br />Mr. Brett said in the past we; have gone out for bid. Generally, there are only two <br />bidders and we have always !awarded contracts to both. <br />Mr. Amendola said he has asked for information from Morton, but has not received <br />their figure yet. ; <br />Mayor Rinker suggested Mr: Brett and Mr. Amendola send a letter to prod them. <br />First Reading of Ordinance No. 95-73, entitled; "An emergency ordinance creating <br />Section 351.13 of the Codified Ordinances prohibiting parking of vehicles in front <br />yards."
