352 <br />Regular Council Meeting;` i <br />9/105 <br />Page 6 ? <br />? <br />Mr. Brett said the three Issue II projects that we are applying for this year are the <br />Worton Park storm water management project which will be limited to culvert <br />replacement at this point; the short-term traffic reconstruction from Lander Road to <br />I-271. We already have indications from the County that they will go 50% on that. <br />We will apply for about 45°/q of the remainder with Issue II funding. He is <br />coordinating that with Highland Heights at this time. Finally, he said we looked at <br />the Metro Park/Blueberry Circle area; we will limit that scope to be just the storm <br />sewer on Metro Park Drive. 1 Mr. Brett said those are the 3 projects they are looking <br />at and he and the Engineer are working on. Mr. Brett said they would like the <br />enabling legislation passed this evening. <br />I <br />Hillcrest Council of Councils - Mr. Ferrante said there was no meeting. <br />i <br />Historical Societv - Mr. Basil'e said work is progressing on the Historical House. The <br />annual Ice Cream Social was? successful. About 150 people attended. <br />Mayor Rinker said everyone should check out the Historical House if they haven't <br />seen it--it is amazing. ; <br />M.A.R.C - Mrs. Cinco said tYiey had a meeting September 5. This year the Art Show <br />is being co-sponsored by the!Mayfield Regional Library. It will be held in the Library <br />Meeting Room from October 15 through October 24. They hope to increase public <br />viewing by having it at the library. <br />? <br />Ordinance Review Committee - Mr. Samac said they met on September 12. They <br />went over the sign ordinance. They are making a few other recommendations. <br />Only he and Sandy Basile were at the meeting. He will try to get more feedback <br />from the other individuals and prepare changes for submission to Planning and <br />Zoning. i <br />Council President Fixler asked when Council can have it. <br />Mr. Samac said two weeks. <br />Planning and Zoning - Mr. Ferrante said they met September 5. The lot split and <br />consolidation at 6910 Wilsori Mills was referred back to Planning and Zoning. Mr. _ <br />Schulte would like to have it clarified that Planning and Zoning has already given <br />approval to the Koren lot split, so it is in Council's hands. Mr. Ferrante said regarding the rezoning request for Deacon's, Mr. Schulte stated <br />that Mr. Deacon will be meeting with residents and the matter is tabled in Planning <br />and Zoning until further no,tice.
