As they were fmalizing their notes, they received their review comments from the utilities and the Village Engineer. The results are these changes that are proposed. Mr. Brett described the amounts of each item. Mr. Burgess said the original engineer's estimate for the project was $2,333,000. With this addition, they are still under that at $2,325,000. They are trying to obtain a D1, D2 permit to allow us to have beer and wine for on-premise consumption only. In order to do a transfer exempt transfer for the liquor permit, the Liquor Division is requesting that we first obtain approval from the various municipality as to where the permit is going on.
