They prepared <br />the documents in a six-month period. As they were fmalizing their notes, they received their review <br />comments from the utilities and the Village Engineer. The results are these changes that are <br />proposed. <br />Mr. Brett described the amounts of each item. <br />Mr. Burgess said the original engineer's estimate for the project was $2,333,000. They are <br />trying to obtain a D1, D2 permit to allow us to have beer and wine for on-premise consumption only. <br />In order to do a transfer exempt transfer for the liquor permit, the Liquor Division is requesting that <br />we first obtain approval from the various municipality as to where the permit is going on.
