Part of the difference is in interpreting the proposal on <br />our part and part of it is an unexpected expense for manuals. That was $3,100 because <br />they charged for one for each site. The other issue is they did the two sites. He thinks it <br />was decided we would need two sweeps (one for each site.) We are not trying to take <br />anything away from the company for what they did. He questions the need for the <br />manuals at this cost. He wasn't aware it was an OSI-IA requirement 1 he „rn„ncal fnr the <br />manuals in the actual contract is unclear.
