As a member of the Executive Committee of IACP, Chief <br />Amiott said it is his honor to make a presentation to Village Chief Don Stevens. There aren't <br />many people in the policing business today who receive the honor of being a life member of <br />IACP. Chief Stevens has been an active member in good standing for a period of 25 years <br />making him eligible to become a Life Member of the IACP. He has rendered outstanding <br />service to the IACP, the Ohio_ Chiefs, Cuyahoga ~Count~ Chiefs, and to many public and civic <br />organizations. He;s dedicated to the highest ideals of honor and. integrity. He has maintained <br />the respect and the confidence of his governmental officials, his subordinates, the public and his <br />fellow police executives. He has always conducted himself in a manner to maintain public <br />confidence in his professional position, his department and in the performance of the public trust. <br />
